This course assesses the procedural law of the International Criminal Court (ICC) from a comparative perspective, discussing the origins (common law/Romano-Germanic law) of some of the principal elements of the ICC's procedure and their interplay. Students are expected to prepare a presentation on a relevant topic in advance and present their findings at the course. The course will take place online from 16h to 18h on 25 April, 2 May, 9 May, 23 May and 30 May (Tuesdays). It is planned that it will take face-to-face on Monday, 12 June, and Tuesday, 13 June, from 14h to 18h.
