Constitutional Values of the European Union

The values of Europe have become one of the most important topics of European constitutional law. The seminar will analyse their substantive content (e.g. with respect to human rights), as well as institutional matters. It will take place in Berlin; we will be hosting a group of students from Warsaw together with Prof. Dr. Robert Grzeszczak. Each subject will be treated by a Polish and a German student to enhance discussion. A preparation meeting will be announced via moodle.
