quantum efficiency, electroluminescence, capacitance spectroscopy, basics of
device simulations; scanning and transmission electron microscopy methods with
specific application on solar cells: imaging, diffraction, energy-dispersive
and wavelength-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, electron energy-loss
spectroscopy, electron holography, cathodoluminescence, electron-beam-induced
current measurements.
