For the time being, the exercises for the class on Quantum Optics will take place online-only. The central means of communication is moodle. This includes the moodle forum which shall allow students to ask questions on the material covered in the class. Questions will be answered either via the forum. Provided that the number of participants is not too large, question and answer sessions in the form of an audio or video chat might be offered. Which platform will be used for this purpose and when such sessions would take place will be arranged later.

During the semester, we will publish a problem set (Übungsblatt) online every two weeks. Students should then solve these problems and must upload their solutions within two weeks after the nominal date of publication of the problem set. The only accepted file format for handing in the solutions is PDF. We strongly encourage students to write up their solutions in digital form, for example with TeX. However, we also accept scans or photos of hand-written solutions. It should be made sure that those solutions are readable and complete, otherwise they are not considered.
